My weekends have opened up completely now that my husband works weekends on the lakeland ferry. Since my weekdays are packed with WFH, the upside is that he’s home during the week to cook delicious English meals and take care of me—and our little growing embryo (dropping big news subtly!). Being the productivity lover I am, I spent the last few months creating an illustrated calendar featuring England’s seasonal produce beautifully blended with Indian spices to craft Anglo-Indian dishes.
